Value for Money: Where you can save
You don't have to spend 1000 euros to get an excellent smartphone experience. Mid-range processors are now so powerful that they handle 95% of everyday tasks (social media, browsing, light gaming) just as smoothly as the flagships.
The camera compromise
The biggest difference between the premium and value class is usually the secondary cameras. While the main camera is often excellent (like the Pixel a-series), dedicated telephoto lenses for optical zoom are usually missing in this price bracket. If you rarely zoom, this is an easy way to save a lot of money.
